Callington Mill - Quagmire Peated Single Malt 700ml

"Not all Tasmanian whisky is gentle. Quagmire is proof.

A departure from the Callington Mill Classic Range, Quagmire is a peated Tasmanian single malt whisky that challenges expectations without losing elegance. Born from a change of heart and shaped by Tasmania's cool highland climate, it explores the softer end of the smoky spectrum — complexity and character without confrontation.

Earthy and intricately layered on the nose, with subtle smoke, dried botanicals and a whisper of sweet oak. The palate is rich and textured — peat, dark fruit and warming spice in careful balance. The finish is long and gently drying, leaving behind smoke, oak and the quiet satisfaction of a dram well made.

A Tasmanian single malt whisky for those who want to explore the full breadth of what Tasmania's cool climate can produce. Whether you spell it whisky or whiskey, Quagmire will change the conversation." - Callington Mill
