Developed based on the knowledge gained from the "Elite Hop" offered at the event, it features the traditional Japanese variety "Shinshu Wase," "Little Star," which inherits the traditional hop lineage, and "Furano Magical," a rising star that may surprise the world. To maximize the unique characteristics of these three domestic hop varieties, they were added in three stages, and brewed with Yebisu yeast to create a powerful yet elegant flavor. Enjoy a Yebisu beer with an elegant taste that fully brings out the unique characteristics of the hops.
Shinshu Wase, a traditional Japanese hop variety. Development began in 1910 during the Meiji era, and it remains a staple variety for over 100 years. Its deep, rich bitterness is a defining feature of this traditional Japanese hop.
"Little Star": A hop with a long history of hops. This premium fine aroma hop is descended from the traditional Tettnanger hop. Its elegant, herbal aroma is a hallmark of this hop.
"Furano Magical" is a rising star that may surprise the world. Registered in 2021, this hop boasts the world's highest level of thiol content (4MSP), which gives it a fruity aroma.* Its fruity and tropical aroma is a hallmark of this hop." - Sapporo
