Working Title - Ticket to Paradise Hazy IPA

"What’s better than tropical hops? Tropical juice AND tropical hops, of course. We loaded 6g/L passionfruit and 8g/L guava pureé into a soft, tropical hazy IPA base. Fruit out the whazoo is what this one is all about. A full, passionfruit explosion on the nose with a beautiful, rich guava flavour on the palate.

Starting with our soft, creamy, hazy IPA base we utilised fruit-driven hops; nectaron, amarillo, wai-iti, idaho7 and cryo-citra. These fruit driven varietals provide the full gambit of hop flavours; passionfruit, banana, rock melon, honeydew, orange sherbet and a kick of lime citrus. Compounding with the passionfruit and guava juice makes this hazy a tropical tornado. All delivered over a super pillow-y mouthfeel and gentle bitterness at the back end." - Working Title
