A classic malt base, loaded with toasted and biscuit malts provides a savoury element that balances nicely with the hops. Chinook, Columbus, Amarillo and Citra are the real heroes, backed up with some slightly more modern Strata to deliver bucket loads of pine, resin and citrus. Malt and hops, both punchy but in balance, just like the good old days." - Working Title
