"Because there is a beer for everyone we’ve turned a classic Margarita into a sour. Using a simple kettle sour base we refermented on agave, lemon, lime and orange and then conditioned on salt. Combining all the classic flavours into a tantalising sour.
A deep blood orange colour elucidates lemon, lime and agave on the nose. A saline body holds the structure for the citrus, bought into balance by the drying agave. It’s a beertail wonderland with fresh flavours that kick." - Working Title
