"Aromas of grilled pineapple, a creamy, savoury nose. Piney flavours, good weight and presence on the palate, light skins phenolic, a touch of stalkiness and grilled stone fruit.
St. Florence is an Australian Wild Ale refermented with white wine grapes. It is named for Topher adn his wife's first daughter. Saint Florence was a 7th century abbess from Cartagena, Spain. In 2020, this variant was made with golden mixed fermentation, barrel aged beer and 500kg of hand picked Riesling grapes from Ravensworth Wines in Murrumbateman, NSW." - Wildflower
