"Great dark golden colour, nutty nose, earthy, savoury. Pear drop, creamy, vanilla cake flavours, late tropical fruit on the palate. Very balanced, with nice integration.
St. Florence is an Australian Wild Ale refermented with white wine grapes. It is named for Topher and his wife's first daughter. Saint Florence was a 7th century abbess from Cartagena, Spain. In 2020, this variant was made with golden mixed fermentation, barrel aged beer and 60kg of hand picked Pinot Grigio grapes from Ravensworth Wines in Murrumbateman, NSW." - Wildflower
