West Cape Howe - Cape to Cape Pinot Grigio 750ml

"Our Pinot Grigio has been sourced from three vineyards across the south west of Western Australia; from Mt Barker, Frankland and Margaret River. The later season this year meant the fruit ripened in generally cooler conditions, preserving the Pinot Grigio’s delicate fruit characters.

COLOUR: Very clear and bright with a light straw hue.

AROMA: Has a delicate but complex nose with lovely aromas of apple skin and pear.

PALATE: A fresh and very well weighted wine. It is not overtly fruity but very textural and mouth filling with red apple and brown pear flavours. There’s a touch of drying astringency as a small component was given skin contact before fermentation and the slight ‘chalkiness’ contributes to its good length of flavour. A crisp dry Pinot Grigio that is best enjoyed as a young wine." - West Cape Howe
