Two Metre Tall Sparkling Mead 2017
The bees foraged in the private forest & surrounds of our farm during hte summer of 2016-17. Raw honey blended with water from the River Derwent running past our front gate. Spontaneously fermented nearly 3 years prior to bottling. Sparking & celebratory. Can there ever be a better expression of terroir?!
