"This DIPA is a journey through Nelson Sauvin, a hop which we think brings oodles of complexity and breadth to any beer it's in. The base of this beer is made up of pilsner malt, oats and wheat to bring a lavish, creamy body. Nelson was used on the hot and cold side and it brings soft, waxy bitterness with a herbal, resinous fruit character bouncing with gooseberry, white grape, sweet nectarine and honeydew melon. The finish is long, smooth and refreshingly bitter with a zippy burst of lime peel at the very end." - Track Brewing Co.
