Vinification & Elevage: Fruit was whole bunch pressed directly to French oak barriques and puncheons (20% new) for primary fermentation. No malolactic conversion or lees stirring. 10 months on lees in oak.
Viticultural Notes: 2021 was a prolonged, classical season allowing for brilliant definition of flavour across our range. Low cropped fruit of I10V3 Chardonnay clone from the 26 year old vines in rows 35-55 on D Block." -Toolangi
