Third Moon - Conjuration 15 IPA
"Conjuration is our experimental series to be used as a playground to try out anything and everything related to hoppy beers! With each iteration, we are trying different ingredients and processes with an ultimate goal of using these experiments to elevate all of the beer we produce.
Conjuration 15 is a 6.5% IPA brewed with oats and hopped with YCH Trial 303, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin. Trial 303 Cryo x Phantasm is a very limited experimental product only available to a very small number of breweries in North America and we were lucky to get our hands on it. It's a collaborative effort between @yakimachief and @phantasm.nz to make a hop product that delivers the most tropical aromas possible.
Phantasm is derived from New Zealand Marlborough Sauv Blanc grapes. These grapes are known for their thiol precursors which create rich tropical notes when added to fermentation. In this beer we get big notes of white wine, lychee and passionfruit." - Third Moon Brewing
