"The Song of the Earth is a spontaneously fermented golden ale aged on mushrooms. For this 2019 harvest edition, locally foraged chanterelle mushrooms were added to an oak barrel. After ten months of conditioning on mushrooms, this blend was an average of thirty months old at bottling. Naturally refermented and conditioned in the bottle.
