Commonly grown in Southern California, Feijoa is a unique fruit that finds its roots in South America. We threw oodles of this fresh fruit into oak barrels and aged it with golden sour beer. While demonstrating its namesake as the Pineapple Guava, Feijoa also imparts unique hints of Mint and Citrus.
