"Grown at Manton Creek during the cool slow ripening 2004 season in Mornington Peninsula, the "Serendipity" was a real find. The season is considered a great one, and produced a base wine full of finesse and elegance, which then had an extended maturation of over 11 years on lees, to bring on autolytic complexity. "Serendipity" possesses a pure, taut and dry palate which has a richness of apricots and melons, while the fine bead of bubbles give way to fresh citrus flavours.
