Drawing from the incredible barrels from surrounding vineyards have to offer, our friends at Starward and the Carwyn team selected an ex French oak red wine barrel from Heathcote to age this whisky in. After patiently waiting for almost 5 years and a very excited tasting session, we all agreed this release was absolutely stunning at cask strength!
A modern whisky, fully matured in a French oak red wine barrel from the Heathcote wine region. Distinctly Starward, this whisky speaks to the place it's made - Melbourne. Non-chill filtered and bottled at cask strength.
