Loaded with ginger and citrus peel, it leads with fire and spice.

Aromatically you’re hit with dark chocolate and orange. The influence of both the Apera (fortified wine) and red wine barrel maturation shines through. We’ve been left with a truly unique expression of Ginger Beer Cask, unlike any that have gone before.
