"Single vineyard Grüner Veltliner. Grown on the Avon Brae property in the Eden Valley.
The SDWCo 2023 Grüner Veltliner is pale golden yellow with a green hue and shows floral notes over camphor and cinnamon on the nose. The wine was vinified partly in second-hand French oak promoting a full-bodied white wine of gooseberry and ripe grapefruit on the palate followed by subtle tannins that provide great structure and balance.
