"Foam is off-white, bronze tan. The colour is orange amber, together with the nose, it suggests spiced fruit toast. On the nose, is an alluring spicy maltiness, suggested of dried fruit and sweet spices—think cinnamon—also some paddlepop and bubblegum; together with hints of bright citrus baked in. The mouthfeel is lean yet decadent; it embraces without smothering. The taste corroborates the nose—spicy fruit cake, warming maltiness, baked goods, an earthy, woodsy, restraining bitterness, cooked citrus and orange.
