"Brewed with 100% Australian grown grains. Organic Pilsner, Raw Wheat & Raw Triticale from Voyager (NSW). Hopped hotside w/ Saaz (CZ) & Aramis (FR) to 23 IBU. Fermented hot using our house culture w/out temp control for 3 weeks in stainless before naturally garding ambient for a further 5 weeks. Packaged on December 29th 2023 and bottle conditioned for 5 weeks.

Inspired by the great examples of France, very close to the Belgian border. Aroma's of dandelion & jasmine jump out of the glass. On the palate it presents as lemongrass, daffodils & well toasted bread. Bitter & textural, with an inviting palate weight that has length but still manages to remain dry. Delicate while sophisticated, a lovely accompaniment for this last month of summer." -Sobremesa
