• O.W.K. recipe aged in Weller 12 Bourbon barrels for 24 months
• Derivation Blend #2 recipe aged in Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels for 36 months
• Vibes recipe aged in Knob Creek Bourbon barrels for 28 months

Coeur de Cuvée is a series of blends of some of our finest wine barrel-fermented and -aged Saisons. This tenth release contains select barrels of Oude Fermier which were fermented in French Oak Chardonnay Barrels and then selected for exhibiting a bright, citrus acidity before blending and conditioning for an extended period of time.

Bière du Pays is inspired by the classic Saisons from the country. An airy and fluffy malt bill is fermented with wild Missouri yeast and bacteria and our house Saison blend. This refreshing and delicate farmhouse ale was aged in Missouri oak for several months before it was naturally conditioned in this bottle.
