The resulting Shiraz is a little riper and richer then some of the cooler areas of Clare. Picked ripe and full of flavour then matured for 15 months in 1 -2 year old French oak. Ripe rich plummy and bitter dark chocolate flavours wrapped in firm tannins." - Shut the Gate
