Seeker x Abnormal 'SoCal DIPA'

This Southern California double IPA is inspired by the clean crisp IPA’s San Diego has in spades. A malt bill of Pilsner malt and flaked rice lets the abundance of classic west coast hops shine through. Simcoe, cascade, citra do the heavy lifting while motueka cryo adds a depth only New Zealand hops can add. Clean crisp and unapologetically refreshing.

Seeker x Ruse 'Imperial Stout'

Going huge with our mates in Portland Oregon, this stout pulls out all the stops. Maris otter base malt with various Simpson specialty malts then boiled for 6 hours for an ultra caramelized thick wort ready for the fermenter. The beer is then treated with editions of Raspberry purée, hazelnuts, coconut and cacao nibs.

It’s big, roasty, nutty and very bold.
