"The Heathcote Sangiovese is Vegan friendly and was made with handpicked fruit from the Chalmers Heathcote vineyard, fermented with a mixture of wild yeast and a Tuscan yeast strain, with some whole berries and clusters thrown into the mix. It was then matured in a mixture of seasoned extra fine-grained Saury French oak barrels for 13 months, Filtered and bottled with a small addition of SO2, but without any fining agents." -Sea Chicken
