Soured in the kettle, whirlpooled with German Mandarina and Amarillo hops, then hot, fast and furious fermented with Kveik yeast, refermented on apricot-, mango- & passionfruit puree, dry-hopped with German and US Amarillo hops and finished with a touch of milk sugar.
