"body_html": "<p><em>"This is a 2020 skin fermented Pinot gris, from the McRae Mist vineyard in Tuerong on the Mornington Peninsula. We make skinsy gris very much similarly to Pinot noir: it’s destemmed whole berries fermented in flowerpot for around three weeks, before pressing to very old puncheons for maturation. We do however pick at white wine ripeness to conserve acidity. It’s on lees for ten months before a light sulfuring pre-bottling. This is one of our favourite wines from the emotionally challenging 2020 vintage: it’s fragrant and complex and is best served at about fourteen degrees."</em><strong> - Schmolzer & Brown</strong></p>
