"Utilising a heap of spec malts to build out the body, this Irish Red Ale pours a deep, dark amber colour with copper notes throughout. Our Sustainable Base Pilsner Malt lays the foundation while additions of Brown Malt, Caraaroma, Golden Naked Oats and Roasted Barley become the stars of the show.
Aromas of crusty bread and softly toasted grain are supported on the palate with sweet toffee, biscuit and caramel flavours to boot.
