"With the help of our friends at Tolga Farms, Joe White Malting and Bintani, we’ve taken on the huge task of bringing Certified Sustainable, single-origin, regeneratively grown barley to each and every Rocky Ridge brew.

Barley that boasts a 73% lower carbon footprint compared to traditional malt, and can be traced from paddock to pint. This milestone has been years in the making, and represents a giant leap forward, removing 70,000kgs in annual malt CO2-emissions.

On the other end of the brewing process a repurposes 100% of our spent grain as valuable feed for the livestock on our farm, redirecting this grain from landfill and saving more than 400,000kgs of emissions every year." - Rocky Ridge
