"Let Me Be Clear is a brand new double dry-hopped west coast pale ale that we have generously dry-hopped with Mosaic Cryo, Chinook, Citra, and Simcoe. Pouring a beautiful golden colour and crystal clear in the glass. We get a big hit of freshly squeezed grapefruit, orange, pine and some slight floral aromatics. On the palate we get even more citrus, citrus, and more citrus. Orange oil, pithy grapefruit, and a little bit of lemon. A nice and generous bitterness cleans things up in a snappy fashion.
