"Big Break is a brand new double dry-hopped West Coast IPA that we have bamboozled with Nelson Sauvin Amplifire, Citra, Centennial Chinook and Riwaka for what can only be described as an all-time quintessentially West Coast dank dry hop. Crack a can you'll be greeted with a crystal clear pour of deep yellow liquid and a fluffy white foam atop. Aromas bouncing out are 50% dank kiwi perfection and 50% citrus kick. On the palate, we're copping a robust full palate bitterness, just as you'd expect from this style. The bitterness then gives way to a myriad of oily fresh hop flavours including but not limited to dank and sticky mango, orange peel and zest, bright grapefruit with just a dable of soft orange sherbet. On the back end, the finish is vibrant and snappy, saturating but moreish. Perfection in a Westy perhaps?" - Range
