"It results from a rigorous selection of the best Port wines each year, and consists of more than 10 grape varieties, Touriga Franca being the dominant variety.
Classical vinification in wine presses of the mixture of grape varieties with 100% stalks. The must is cooled to allow as much walking time as possible before fermentation begins.
After it occurs spontaneously, the mechanical step is carried out regularly until pressing and adding selected brandy.
