Perfectly balanced, with tropical fruits, soft oak and rich oily malt, Casey Overeem and the Overeem tasting panel unanimously chose this cask to be bottled at cask strength due to the astounding quality and elegance of spirit - a testament to its craftmanship. With only 156 bottles available, this may well be one of the most celebrated whiskies ever to be released from Overeem. Nose: Tropical fruits, banana lollies, sweet vanilla, and citrus. Palate: Wonderfully balanced, sweet malt, butter pudding, banana cake and sherbet.
