"An innovative West Coast IPA brewed with our pals at Ronin Fermentation Project, hailing from Graeagle, California. Charlie taught us how to perfect our LoDo - Low Dissolved (hot side) Oxidation gives a ‘brightness’ to otherwise lost nuanced hop and malt character - technique early on so it only made sense to combine forces here and use it with an outrageously hoppy style hailing from his hood. Using hand-selected Riwaka and trial hop ESH-1 from Egger’s farms in NZ, combined with classic af US Simcoe®, expect a tropical whirlwind of pine resin, grapefruit sherbet, and lime pith backed up with a hefty and pronounced hoppy bitterness."- One Drop
