"This straight-up session mead showcases honey in its simplest, most drinkable form. To pay full homage to this bevvy, we've gone and copied the exact water profile from Gudme, Denmark - home of historic large mead halls, from the 2nd to 6th centuries, where large-scale mead production took place. Anyway, it's fermented cool to retain floral aromatics, it's light on weight and high on carbonation, with gentle blossom and honeycomb on the nose.
