"Speed Racer is a 10 day grain-to-glass Italian lager. We’ve been learning a lot since we kicked off our lager program 12 months ago and here we are testing the limits of our yeast. Brewed with a soft water profile, imported malts from the Adriatic coast, and dry hopped towards the end of fermentation.
