"Tempranillo grapes are well suited to the Adelaide Hills region. They ripen early, love altitude and thrive in cool climate conditions. The grapes were fermented in open tanks for ten days, then pressed and transferred to French oak barrels for 1 year. The finished wine delivers contrasting flavours.
