"Our collaboration brew with Brouwerij de Molen (NL), Close To The Edge is a dark coolship stout, spontaneously fermented for 20 months. The early April air of 2018 brought some fantastic micro flora that provided a blackcurrant -like flavour to this sour stout. Combined with the roasted flavours, leather and chocolate from the malts this came to be quite a complex beer." - Nogne O
