"Textural & Slurp-able with notes of pineapple rind, salted green mango, pithy lemon and a bouquet of floral aromas. Finishes dry with a waxy and fresh mouthfeel.
100% Picpoul Blanc from the Bassham Family Organic and Biodynamic vineyard. Destemmed fruit is split between fermenting on skins in open fermenters and pressed juice fermenting in tank. The skin macerated ferments are punched down by hand daily and pressed after 7 days before being married into tank for 7 months of maturation on lees. Bottled, sealed, and labelled on site. Minimal sulphur was added at bottling." -Muto
