"A zippy, lightly sweet wine made from Moscato Giallo, sourced from the Bassham Family’s Organic and Biodynamic vineyard in the Riverland, South Australia. Picked ripe to capture maximum flavour and aromatic lift, the ferment is stopped midway to retain the grape’s natural sweetness. At around 70g/L residual sugar, roughly half the sweetness of many traditional Moscato's, this wine sits in a beautifully balanced space, with bright acidity keeping everything fresh, lively and incredibly drinkable.
