"Cosmic Dusk is our take on a dry, Provence-inspired rosé - produced from Syrah and a few Mediterranean friends. Picked early to retain natural acidity and freshness, the fruit was direct pressed and wild fermented allowing delicacy, aromatics and texture to take centre stage.
Brimming with strawberry, hibiscus and blood orange, the wine is lifted by a subtle savoury note of thyme. Bright, refreshing and bone-dry, it finishes with a gentle salty snap and soft mineral edge that keeps things irresistibly fresh. Made for fresh tapas, a picnic spread in the park, and a gentle sunset breeze preferably with nowhere else to be." -Muto
