"In March 2023, we travelled to New Zealand for hop selection, where we met our new mates at Humble Sea, and this collaboration was conceived over many nights of drinks together.
After parting ways, with them going back to California and us to the Blue Mountains, an extensive email chain began over international waters, where we nutted out a recipe consisting of techniques characteristic of each brewery and a hop profile of hops we both love.
We’ve combined Sabro, BRU-1 and Motueka selected during that trip to New Zealand to create a truly unique flavour profile of coconut, lime and sweet pineapple. This beer also sees the most dramatic change to our whirlpool hop addition practices and increased dry hop quantities to bring you potentially our creamiest, fruitiest Oat Cream IPA to date." - Mountain Culture
