Roman Candle celebrates the brewing techniques and ingredients that went into creating all of our (and your!) favourites releases of our fifth year, including:
- A whirlpool addition of Citra DynaBoost, the hop backbone in our collaboration with Sierra Nevada.
- Expanding on our Triple Dry Hop series by dry hopping with five different hop varieties over five days to create a super fruity, super clean hop profile.
- Unleashing the Thiols to unlock those big passionfruit and guava notes we’re addicted to.
- Adding Maui Nelson Hop Kief, the star ingredient of our hero beer we poured at the Firestone Walker Invitational festival in California.
