"Strawberry. cherry. spice. silky. bright.

The fruit was de-stemmed and cooled to fermenter where it was left to cold soak. The fruit was then innocualted and fermented at 28 degrees with gentle pump overs during fermentation. Once primary ferment was complete, the wine was left on skins for 25 days, pressed off to tank. A small portion was racked to barrel with the balance remaining in tank to retain freshness and vibrancy. Filtered and minor fining prior to bottling.

Nose: Lifted aromas of fresh summer berries, rhubarb, dark cherries and baking spice.

Palate: Fresh and lively, loaded with red fruits, spice and a savoury note with silky soft tannins on the finish" -Motley Cru
