Primary maturation in a combination of French and American oak ex-wine casks. This process is followed by an extended finishing in barrels which have held MORRIS multi-award-winning Muscat fortified wine, providing an elevated Australian Single Malt Whisky expression.

COLOUR: Deep rich copper with reddish hues.

NOSE: Rich with dates, figs and sweetness of dark molasses.

PALATE: Well-balanced and complex. Dried fig, sweet malt, vanilla and spices with a creamy mouth feel.
