"Buckets of South Australian green olives and a little splash of their brine are the backbone of this savoury, salty and damn right pioneering tonic.
We add depth and complexity with a proprietary blend of green herbs and juniper invoking rather sophisticated dry vermouth vibes and a lick of lemon to zest things up a bit. Add gin to totally change what you thought a G&T should be.
