"A refined and elegant medium bodied Shiraz showing intense black fruit flavours and spicy savoury tannins and white pepper, perfect with slow cooked and high marbled meats. 25 percent aged in brand new Francois Feres french oak barrels for 20 months, the remaining aged in seasoned French oak barrels to enhance the fruit flavours. Recommend decanting before serving and cellaring will be rewarded.
