This Picpoul calls the eastern slope of Mt Camel home, thanks to the superb team at Humis Vineyard.

100% destemmed, wild fermented in large format 2850Ltr, 110 year old foudre, then matured in tank on lees for four months. Racked and lightly fined before gentle filtration prior to bottling.

This fresh crisp wine has lovely texture. This lovely savoury white wine have hints of lemon, saline, and floral notes. Good levels of acidity, making it the perfect drink this summer." -Lyons Will Estate
