Barrel Aged Tropical Sour is a blend of 3 barrels & cultures including Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, Lactobacillus, Pediococcus & wild Brettanomyces. Aged 3.2 years in ex-red wine barrels with mango, pineapple & passionfruit.
