Aptly named DUET, this brand new wild ale brings together NZ & Australia, Garage Project & La Sirène.
Duet is a mixed-ferment wild ale - open-fermented at our Reservoir brewery with both the La Sirène and Wild Workshop house cultures, and native botanicals from each of our countries - lemon myrtle from Australia and kawakawa from NZ.
