"Barrel No. 117 is a Victorian Wild Ale that was ripened on Sauvignon Blanc lees from the 2018 wine vintage. A parcel of juicy whole bunch sauv Blanc grapes from the northern Geelong region was selected for this single barrel release and the age-old technique of ‘Battonage’ or lees stirring was adopted to encourage a more textural mouthfeel." -La Sirene
